JOB SUMMARY
This role is charged with assisting the Client Support Director
to assure optimum customer satisfaction with all of our now 150+
clients and with discovering new ways to engage profitably on our
clients' behalf.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as a key contact and interface with customers and ensures
clients receive what they need while managing client
expectations.
Supports organizational growth by providing strategic client
direction, building new relationships and maintaining existing
client relationships, as well as ensuring that client projects are
implemented according to schedule.
In charge of managing a project's schedule, scope and budget,
and directing appropriate team members in fulfilling the
specifications to meet client and company objectives.
Involved in determining short- and long-term resource
requirements for campaign fulfillment.
Manages all campaign lead scoring, lead distribution and lead
reporting.
Produces regular e-communications to clients.
Produce regular and ad-hoc management information reports using
internal reporting system.
Manage campaign automation for on schedule campaign
fulfillment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree qualified or equivalent.
An interest in the fast-paced digital marketing
environment
A commercial awareness and confidence in operating within a
client-facing environment.
Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, email and use of the
Internet.
Tolerant to ambiguity and change.
A constructive approach to managing internal relationships and
problem solving.
Articulate communicator, by e-mail, telephone and in
person.
Able to engage management decision makers and influencers at
any level.
Ability to work flexibly to deadlines.
