Job Description Summary:

Find peace, quiet and wide-open spaces at Doral Arrowwood, the premier Resort and Conference Center in Westchester County. Nestled in the heart of 114 acres Doral Arrowwood offers an array of resort activities to relax and unwind. As a truly unique destination, this picturesque retreat features restful lodging, delicious dining, and exceptional meeting and special event venues designed to accommodate corporate executives and leisure guests.

Agent will handle all incoming reservation calls with efficiency and professionalism, be able to make reservations, cancellations and answer questions on rates, hotel facilities, services and special promotions.

Job Description:


  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in customer service position, hotel reservations experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically phone skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously


  • Respond to guest reservations and provide hotel information.
  • Responsible for taking reservations and accurately inputting into the computer system.
  • Answer inquiries of room rates, outlets and room locations. Interact with Group Rooms Coordinator on bookings.
  • Activate manual system in the event of system downtime.
  • Keep up to date with knowledge of phone system.
  • Handle all guests special requests in a professional manner.
  • Post advance deposits and keep accurate records of deposits.
  • Complete all necessary projects by the assigned times.
  • Complete documents as directed and to specifications.
  • Will be cross-trained and assist as needed at the Front Desk.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Some evenings required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
